Advanced SIRD model predicting COVID labour shortages

Analysis of Covid labour shortages. An advanced SIRD model that includes reinfection and a variable R-factor. The model was used to help inform policy decision on when (or if) a second lockdown should happen. The model predicted the labour shortages of key sectors such as waste managment and supermarket staff. This work was presented to ministers and other policy makers.
